ORDERS

Once an order is submitted, changes or modifications cannot be made directly. However, you may reply to your order confirmation email or contact us here within 24 hours of placing your order, and our team will assist you.

If you entered the wrong shipping address by mistake, you can update it within 24 hours of placing your order. To do so, you may reply to your order confirmation email or contact us here for assistance.

Please double-check your address at checkout and review your order confirmation carefully. Shop.LandrysInc.com cannot accept liability for incorrect shipping addresses. Once the order has been picked up by the shipping courier, we are unable to make any changes. Any costs associated with a replacement shipment due to an incorrect address will be the guest’s responsibility.

All items are carefully packed and prepared to ship out within 1-2 days. Orders placed between Friday - Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

International orders are shipped on Tuesdays and
Fridays. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Tuesday.

Once we ship your order, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number. You can track your order on the official website of the carrier you selected at checkout—USPS, FedEx, or DHL—using the provided tracking number.


You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement. To do so, sign in to your account to view cancellation options for your order, or contact us here for assistance.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to the United States and cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. or F.P.O. addresses.

Standard Shipping – USPS Priority Mail, available for all orders. Transit times may vary based on your shipping address. Please refer to the shipping options at checkout for estimated delivery times.

Express Shipping – FedEx 2-Day, available for orders within the contiguous U.S. (excludes AK, HI, and international orders).

FedEx Overnight / Saturday Delivery – Available for select perishable items, including the Strip House 24-Layer Cake. Cakes must be ordered separately from other items.

DHL Express Worldwide – Available for international orders.

Yes, we do offer international shipping through DHL Express Worldwide. We utilize the DHL Express Worldwide shipping method to ensure the delivery of your order in excellent condition within the specified timeframe indicated during checkout. Please note that we are not responsible for duties and taxes. Kindly refer to your country's tax regulations to obtain this information. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. Additionally, it's important to note that all international purchases are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

International orders are shipped on Tuesdays and

If a quote isn't generated on our checkout page, kindly send an email with the following details to shoplandrys@ldry.com to request a shipping quote:

  1. Shipping address
  2. Item name
  3. Quantity of each item
  4. Include a picture or screenshot of the items if possible.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shop.LandrysInc.com accepts returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from our website within the United States, as long as they are in new condition with original tags attached. To initiate a return, log in to your account or click here. Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Please note that some fees may apply to exchanges—for full details, please refer to our official return policy here. International purchases are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.

International orders are not eligible for free returns or exchanges.

Return shipping and handling fees* will be deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a package is returned to our warehouse due to customer refusal, an incorrect shipping address, or other delivery issues, Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deduct shipping and handling fees from your refund.

*S&H fees vary by country.

You can initiate a return or exchange in any of the following ways:

  • Log in to your account and start the return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Reply directly to your order confirmation email.
  • Submit a request through our contact form.

Please include your order number, the quantity, and the items you wish to return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we will provide a return shipping label. After your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund according to our return policy.

Returns and exchanges are only eligible for items purchased directly from shop.landrysInc.com. Items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unworn or unused merchandise in original condition
  • All original tags/stickers attached
  • Original packaging and miscellaneous materials included

Items that are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Food products, made-to-order/custom items, and all health & beauty products (final sale)
  • Items purchased on sale with a clear “final sale” mark
  • Items purchased at Landry’s physical locations (these can only be returned to the store where they were purchased)

Additional Notes:

  • Upon receipt of returned goods, Landry’s Inc. reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.
  • Landry’s Inc. also reserves the right to withhold reimbursement of shipping fees to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
  • For exchanges, an additional shipping fee will be charged, and payment is required prior to shipping the exchanged item. Read our full Return Policy here.

Our Guest Service team will process your refund or exchange within approximately 10 days of receiving your returned item. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Food products, made-to-order items, all health and beauty products, international orders, and sale items clearly marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

PROMO CODES

All promotional codes (digital or printed) will be activated only when the following conditions are met:

  1. All items stated in the promotion are added to your cart in the correct quantities and combinations. (Refer to the promotion details.)
  2. Any required purchase minimum is met. (See the specific promotion for details.)
  3. The correct code is entered in the promotional field at checkout after adding all qualifying items.

Important:

  • Offers cannot be combined with any other promotions and are non-stackable.
  • Only one offer/code may be used at a time.

You can apply a promotional code at checkout. All codes are applied to your total purchase amount, excluding shipping and taxes.


Only one promotional code can be used per order. No other codes or offers can be combined with it.

LANDRY'S SELECT CLUB

Yes, you can earn 1 point for every $1 spent. After your account balance has reached 250 points, you will receive a $25 reward. Points will be credited to your account based on all pre-tax purchases, excluding shipping and promotional discounts, and will post to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase. To earn points with shop.landrysinc.com purchases, simply reply to your order confirmation email with your:

1) Full Name.

2) Landry's Select Club active number.

For redeeming Rewards on online merchandise purchases only, please email shoplandrys@ldry.com with your Landry’s Select Club account number and the amount you’d like to redeem. Rewards for online orders are also redeemed in $25 increments only, with no carry-over balance.

This email address is exclusively for online retail redemption inquiries and purchases. It cannot assist with restaurant reward usage or other Landry’s Select Club questions.

Yes, as a loyal Landry's Select Member, you can earn double and triple points on designated days where shop.landrysinc.com specifies it.
Double or triple points apply to total purchases, excluding sales tax and shipping costs. Offer valid for only one day unless stated otherwise in prior communication. Accrued points will post to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase.

LSC members can redeem a $25 reward on pre-selected items prior to the 15th of the month with Landry's Retail on selected dates. Birthday Rewards Offer redemptions are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. $25 amount will be applied to a total purchase, excluding sale taxes and shipping fees. Accrued points will be posted to your account within seven business days from the date of purchase.
